Transformers: Age of Extinction Lamborghini Aventador

Even though I had an Optimus Prime toy when I was a kid, I was never a big fan of Transformers. But I have to admit, they managed to do some magic because there’s something about the Transformers movie series that’s absolutely addictive. And no, I’m not talking about Megan Fox or Rosie Huntington-Whiteley.

However, we’re really anxious to see the latest installment in the franchise, Transformers: Age of Extinction, which is scheduled to hit cinemas this summer, on June 27 in both 3D and IMAX (oh boy, are we excited or what?). Compared to the other three movies, there are a lot of changes that got everyone wondering how’s that going to work. First of all, the cast is entirely new. We have Mark Wahlberg (that’s a big step away from Shia LaBoeuf) in the lead role, while two other important roles, Whalberg’s character daughter and her boyfriend are played by Nicola Peltz and Jack Reynor. Peltz played in The Last Airbender, while Reynor’s most important role is a supporting role in Delivery Man, a comedy featuring Vince Vaughn, so neither had a major role so far and everyone is curious about their performances.

As for the robots, we’ll get the same thrilling cast of gorgeous cars that turn into autobots and decepticons. Among the autobots we have Bumblebee (the yellow 2014 Camaro), Crosshairs (2014 Chevrolet Corvette C7 Stingray) and two new autobots that will turn into a blue and black 2013 Bugatti Veyron Grand Sport Vitesse. Among the decepticons, so far we know about Stinger, who transforms into a 2013 Pagani Huayra and Lockdown, which turns into a beautiful Lamborghini Aventador LP 700-4 Coupe. And that’s exactly the car we see in the latest trailer for Transformers: Age of Extinction, which was released yesterday. So prepare yourself for two and half minutes of awesome and enjoy!
