Range Rover Evoque Autobiography Dynamic

At next month’s 2014 Geneva Motor Show, the British carmaker will unveil a new trim level for the Range Rover Evoque. The small crossover will get the Autobiography edition which is already available for its bigger brothers, the Range Rover and the Range Rover Sport. And the Evoque Autobiography will make its debut in style, next to a special edition called Dynamic which is aimed at those seeking more intense sensations on-board their crossover.

The Range Rover Autobiography Dynamic will be powered by the already popular 2.0-liter turbocharged petrol engine, whose power output was upgraded to 285-hp and 400 Nm (295 lb-ft) of torque. This means a 45-hp and 60 Nm (44 lb-ft) improvement over the regular version, which is quite significant. The engine is mated with the same ZF nine-speed automatic transmission which sends the power to all four wheels (all-wheel drive is standard on this version). To better handle the power upgrade, the Evoque Autobiography Dynamic will also get a stiffer suspension and a revised, more precise steering system. Other mechanical upgrades include a new braking system with 350 mm brake disks and the torque vectoring system.

Available in an orange finish, the Dynamic version also comes with a big list of luxury interior features, that includes premium leather upholstery available in six colors, seats can be customized with four different stitching models, the side sills are illuminated and head rests come with the “Autobiography” badge embedded.
